For sale is a Pre WW2 1934-1940 British Union of Fascist 2nd Pattern BUF Badge By W.O.Lewis. This badge is in excellent condition, with no damage to the enamel and a perfect gilt finish.
The British union of fascist was then banned 10th July 1940 and disbanded. Mosley was imprisoned in May 1940, after the outbreak of the Second World War, and the BUF was banned. He was released in 1943 and, politically disgraced by his association with fascism, moved abroad in 1951, spending most of the remainder of his life in Paris and two residences in Ireland.
