For sale is a Beautiful Victorian Silver Gilt Mounted Double Ended Combined Scent Bottle & Vinaigrette. This is a beautiful piece that has the silver hallmarks for london 1964 produced by the silversmith Thomas Johnson but sold/ marked by the retailer Jenner & Knewstub inside the lid.
This double ended vanity piece has One end with screw-off cover to the smelling salts bottle, and the top of the cover hinging open to reveal a vinaigrette/ Perfumette.
The screw-off lid is in excellent condition with all gilt remaining in tact, however the gilt on the hinged lid is very worn, there is also remnants of the perfume/ scent still in the bottle which can be seen in the photos for more details. The cut crystal glass is in excellent condition with no chips/ or damage.
