For sale is a WW1 British Comrades Of The Great War Enamel Badge Issue No10645 & Manufactured By J R Gaunt, London. This is in mostly good condition however there is a chip to the enamel.
The ex-servicemen organisation, Comrades of the Great War, was set up in 1917. Together with the National Association of Discharged and Demobilised Sailors and Soldiers and the National Federation of Discharged and Demobilised Sailors and Soldiers, it made up the three ex-servicemen organisations at the end of the First World War.These three organisations amalgamated in 1920 to form the British Legion.
