For sale is a beautiful WW2 Home Front British Primrose League Honorary Knight membership Enamel and gilt Badge. This is a beautiful badge, decorated in enamel with a gilt finish, in which this is a brilliant example with no enamel damage. This badge also features the kings crown and dated to the 1930s to 1940s.
A good original 'Primrose League Honorary Knight badge'; gilt and enamel example bearing the league's Latin motto 'Imperium Et Libertas' (Empire and liberty) and incorporating the Cross of St George and the Cross of St Andrew. 33mm in height.
This badge is in good condition, all enamel is present and it really is a beautiful award. A small amount of gilt is rubbed on the back of the badge in the crown area so please see photos for more details. This will be sent via 1st class signed for and dispatched within two working days.
