This is In good condition. This photograph shows the airmen’s uniforms- Sidcot flying suit. 

This is marked in the back “With love from ren 15.XI.1940.” (15 December 1940). 

This photograph was most likely taken in France due to the back of the postcard/ photograph being in French. December 1940: Any RAF presence over or in France was strictly limited to occasional cross-Channel combat, intelligence, or bomber/minelaying operations flying out of bases in England (such as a Bomber Command raid that force-landed in France due to damage or fuel shortages), rather than stationed forces.
