The paper packaging contains a wartime restriction of “In view of the paper shortage this paper should not be thrown away or destroyed but should be handed in to the local authority or organisation responsible for salvaging paper in your district”. The bulb is in excellent condition believed to be never used, filament wire is still in tact, could be an excellent replacement bulb for your wartime gear.
