N.B.-The following observations from the Government Board of Health demand the most serious attention from every person. "Looseness of the Bowels, however slight, should on no account be neglected. It is by far the most usual forerunner of the disease (CHOLERA), as well as the most important, because in its various degrees it constitutes that stage in which life may be most easily saved.
