Meuefte Machrichten” (translates to Heidelberger Latest news) dated Thursday 6th August 1914, five days into Germany declaring war on Russia. The newspaper is titled “Der Arieg gegen Drei gronten!” (Which translates to The war against three fronts!). The newspaper is stamped in purple ink at the top of the paper 10Pfg which stands for (10 pfennigs).
