The meat ration card states:

“Reichsfleischkarte. 2 verwaltungs bezirf. grosh Sachsen. Gultig vom 27 nov bis 24 dez 1916. name: Gustav Kirst.”

The meat ration card translates to:

“Reich Meat Card. 2 administrative district grosh Saxony. Valid from 27 nov to 24 dec 1916. Name: Gustav Kirst.”
