For sale is an WW2 British pharmaceutical Adaptoplast Tin Full Of Tickets & Mindful Newspaper Clippings, and notes.
During wartime Britain moral was often low, and moral & prosperity was often encouraged through newspapers Etc. This is what we have here a large number of newspaper clippings by the same writer “Quiet Corner-By Patience strong”. There are also a number of bus tickets for Bournemouth and hotel reservations for Blackpool. This is a nice piece of local history, a mini time capsule of ephemera from 1940 to 1949.
