For sale is a Rare WW2 British Guernsey Evening Press May 9th 1945 Peace & Liberation Newspaper. 

This newspaper is dated Wednesday the 9th of May 1945, and was produced to celebrate the end of German occupation, peace and liberation. With some great illustrations to the front cover. 

This is a superb piece of history advertising the end of German occupation in guernsey. 

Guernsey was occupied by Germany for nearly five years, from June 30, 1940, until its liberation on May 9, 1945. It was part of the only British territory in Europe occupied during World War II.

This is in good condition, a few small rips and comes in a plastic wallet to protect it.
