For sale is an original WW2 Period British Pharmaceutical Home Front Collectable that dates from the 1930s to early 1940s. This period pharmaceutical collectable is an original 1930s Thermometer In It’s original steel Case. This is a rarer wartime thermometer produced for london county council. 

 
London county council was Established on the 21st March 1889 and was Disbanded 1st April 1965. London County Council (LCC) was the principal local government body for the County of London throughout its existence from 1889 to 1965, and the first London-wide general municipal authority to be directly elected. It covered the area today known as Inner London and was replaced by the Greater London Council. The LCC was the largest, most significant and most ambitious English municipal authority of its day.
 
This wartime thermometer is in its original steel case and is in good condition, which makes it perfect for a 1930s to 1940s British wartime home front and military Pharmaceutical and medical displays, reinactors and collectors!
