For sale is a Pre WW2 Document Group To Stanley Chesterman Who Served With The Royal Fusiliers. 

 
Stanley’s date of birth dad the 20th of April 1906 in London. His trade upon enlisting was a wall paper stainer.
 
Stanley Edwin chesterman enlisted into the royal fusiliers in London on the 18th of February 1925. His service number was 6455507. 
 
Stanley was awarded two good conduct badges, one on the 18th of February 1927 and the second on the 18th of February 1930. 
 
Stanley served at home from 18-2-1925 to 3-11-1926, he then served in the Rhine from the 4-11-1926 until the 9-3-1927. Then served in India from the 10-3-1926 until the 29-11-1932. And then served at home from 30-11-1932 until the 14-12-1932. Stanley served with the royal fusiliers throughout and on the 17th of February 1937 he was discharged after serving 7 years and 300 days with the colours, and in the reserves for four years and 65 days. A total of 12 years.
