For sale is a Beautiful Antique French Framed Ladies Mourning Hair Work Flowers. This beautiful piece is marked with the deceased ladies initials L E and dated 1903. This is in superb condition, and has no loose bits of hair which is often seen on these. This oval Ebony & gilt bow fronted glass frame holds a florally display of hair work flowers & leaves. These were produced to commemorate the life and mourning of a recently deceased loved one, with many hours going in to produce these.
This measures 15cm in width x 17.6cm in length.
