Post WW2 British Army ATO Anti-Mine Eye Protector Goggles Pouch 1978

For sale is a rare Post WW2, 1958 pattern British Army ATO Anti-Mine Eye Protector Goggles Pouch which is 1978 Dated. The instructions label in the top of the pouch states:

PROTECTORS EYE ANTI-MINE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.

1. WEAR WITH MARKING "TOP" UPPER MOST.

2 ADJUST NOSE BAND TO SUIT DISTANCE BETWEEN EYES.

3. ADJUST HEAD HARNESS TO GIVE FIGHT FIT

4. THE MINES SCRATCH, KEEP PROTECTORS IN POUCH WHEN NOT IN USE

5. IF LENSES FOG IN STORE IN TROPICS DRY IN SUN UNTIL CLEAR.

And stamped inside the pouch is the maker mark, broad arrow and 1978. These would have been used in Ireland, Malaysia, Rhodesia Etc.

This pouch is in excellent condition and a very rare item to have, unfortunately the goggles are not present. This will be sent via 1st class signed and dispatched within two working days.
