The General Service medal with the South Arabia medal bar is engraved on the rim “23671452 L/Cpl N W H Simons RE”.
Unfortunately no further research was possible. So plenty of research for the new owner!
Criteria for the GSM:
The General Service Medal with South Arabia Clasp was awarded for 30 days continuous service between 1st August 1964 and 30th November 1967.
