For sale is a WW1 Souvenir Of The Great War Postcard Of Ldg Sto Deeves who served on HMS Blanche, and many other ships during his period of service.
His full name was William Ernest Deeves.
During his service you can see by his service records that he served on a number of ships; Hms Lancaster, HMS Perseus, hms pembroke, hms northampton Etc.
He was also awarded a Africa General Service Medal AGSM whilst serving on the royal Arthur, victory medal, 1914-15 star and a war medal.
