WW2 British United States German Single Binocular Lens Head

For sale is an unknown WW2 period British United States German Army Camera Tellescope Sense Target Site? Were not to sure what this is from! The lenses has a single target circle in the centre of the lenses. Unfortunately it’s not maker marked but it adjusts from 5 to 0 to 5. And still has its original olive green paint on, the lenses are in great condition with no damage to them. This piece measure 6.8cm height x 4.5cm height.
