For sale is a Great Quality & Incredibly Detailed Early WW2 Period Royal Air Force RAF Sterling & Enamel Brooch which is Marked with “TML Sterling” which stands for Thomas L Mott. This brooch is in brilliant condition, and weighs 4.5 grams.

Thomas L. Mott jewellery dates from 1875.

He instigated the fashion for butterfly wing jewellery after exhibiting at the British Empire Exhibition of 1924.

His company was the largest producer of butterfly wing jewellery in the 1920s and 1930s.
