Firstly we would like to point out that we cannot guarantee the availability of this model before June of this year in view of current supply difficulties . We regret that we do not fit an overdrive to this model , the Zephyr Six engine being designed to permit high cruising speed without engine strain . At masdi . mum car speed the piston speed is less than 2500 ft . per minute compared with Vanguards without overdrive ) 68 miles per hour at 2500 ft . per minute . These figures are quoted from the road test report of the Zephyr Six reproduced from the " Motor dated 3rd October 1951 , a copy of which is enclosed for your information , We feel sure if you give this report your perusal , you will find that this model will meet your requirements admirably . We are also enclosing an illustrated catalogue in respect of the Zephyr which we trust will be of interest to you .
