For sale is an Antique Vintage maker marked Reuge Ste-Croix Switzerland (on music machine) Black Musical Jewellery Box grand piano, in good working order and produces a beautiful tune compete with key! In great condition however one hinge is a little loose and the paper keys have one slight rip. Since 1865, Reuge manufactures traditional music boxes in the Swiss mountains – a carefully composed mechanical music movement housed in an elegant wooden box. I believe this is one of the much earlier musical pianos due to the movement, and flat headed screwdriver screws on the brass hinges, most likely 1930s & 1940s. The lid lifts up in which there’s a space for jewellery and coins! These are guaranteed original or money back guaranteed.
