For sale is an original WW2 Period British Pharmaceutical Home Front Collectable that dates from the 1930s to early 1940s. This period pharmaceutical collectable is an empty WW2 Period British Pharmaceutical Home Front Empty Meggezones For Colds Tin which is marked 5MB (which stands for metal box). Which can be found on many wartime metal boxes/ tins. The inside paper packing is also present. 

Meggezone pastilles contain the active ingredient menthol. Menthol provides a cooling and soothing effect that helps to relieve the discomfort of a sore throat. Sucking the pastille also helps lubricate and soothe the throat, which helps relieve sore throats and tickly coughs.
