For sale is a  WW2 German Home Front Civilian Small Pox Vaccination Certificate dated 30.04.1928 for an infant born 14.08.1927. 
 
The front of the certificate translates to: 
 
“Vorrud 1. vaccination certificate.Vaccination List No. 2.3. Impbezirt: Pinkom Martin Knüpfer born 14.8.  to the next.  1924, was born on April 30th.  Vaccinated successfully in 1928 times. The vaccination satisfies the legal obligation. Note: The forms must be signed by the doctor concerned when they are issued, and their name and status as a doctor or vaccinator must be provided. III.  7. Cormulartager Eberswalde 22753800”
 
 
The back of the certificate translates to:
 
“In each vaccination district, vaccinations are given free of charge every year at places and times that are announced in advance.  The first vaccination of the children must take place before the end of the calendar year following the year of birth, the later vaccination (re-vaccination) for children at a public educational establishment or a private school, with the exception of Sunday and evening schools, within the calendar year in which the children turn twelve  return.  If, in the opinion of the doctor, the vaccination has been unsuccessful, it must be repeated within the next year at the latest.  Each vaccinated person must be presented to the doctor for inspection no earlier than the 6th and no later than the 8th day after the vaccination.  Parents, foster parents and guardians, their children or those in their care without a legal reason and despite an official request to be vaccinated or who follow it.  have been denied presentation have forfeited a fine or imprisonment. For close attention! Care for smallpox vaccination should not end with the handing over of the vaccination certificate.  It is dangerous and therefore to be avoided: 1. Covering the vaccinia with unclean clothing, 2. Touching or even rubbing the vaccinia while cleaning of the vaccinee, 3. any displacement by collaring or poking of vaccinia, 4. Any attempt to detach the vaccinia scabs, as they fall off by themselves after proper scarring of the vaccination site. 5. The red Vordrud I is to be used for all revaccinations (§ 1, 3iffer 1 of the vaccination vessel) that meet the legal obligation.  In addition, a distinction must be made between: 1. If the vaccination was successful the first or second time, the word "first" or second" and "success" should be inserted between the words for ... between the words "Male Male". turn on  2. If the vaccination has been repeated for the third time (§ 3 of the Vaccination Act), then between the words for Paint" the word success" according to.  "third" and between the words "time the vaccination was successful or unsuccessful, insert the word "with" or the word "without".”
