This WW1 British Civilian home front Portia Corn Plasters Box & Contents First Aid Medics. The packaging for this product is typical for the wartime regulation ink rationing, where products were limited to one ink colour for commercial products, here the packaging only uses the green colour ink and the natural card background for aesthetic purposes of advertising. This box has an illustrated image on the back of a scene from 1792 of a surgery and information/ advertising text on the front. It’s complete with the contents.
