For sale is a Great Antique Oddity dating to the Edwardian period circa 1910, a Ceramic Baby’s Plate, featuring a famous scene from Punch and Judy with the text above this illustration of “Please Don’t Hang Me.” These plates were produced by ASBURY, LONGTON ENGLAND, which ceased trading in 1925. This plate is in good condition for its age and has a good weight to it, there are several chips to the porcelain, and the illustration is a little worn, and the maker mark on the base has been rubbed and can no longer be seen. However this is an excellent interior decor piece. This plate measures; 21cm length x 15cm width x 3.3cm height.
